Marina At Factory Bay

This place is great! The Marina is in an excellent location and I’d perfectly maintained. Captain Craig and Dockmaster Aaron are the best. Highly recommended this marina if you’re stopping in Marco Island

Great location, clean and excellent service from the staff here. This is one of the best places to keep your boat if you live down in SW Florida/Marco Island area. When in Naples, I do most of my boating in Marco Island and surround area, and this Marina is a great solution to having to pay ridiculous Naples pricing and saves on the gas it takes to get here or the Keys! Highly recommend!!!

Completely mismanaged Marina i will NEVER stay there again! The “dockmaster” never answered on channel 6 which we called on 5 times as directed prior. Nor on ch 16. I had to lookup a phone number and asked for help then he said hed be right down. After we were all docked and tied up he finally came down to “help” us, handing us the internet wifi code. Like that mattered. The dock stank so bad and was not well maintained. I tried to clean with my own hose since they provided no hose. We left immediately. A follow up cal to him to get refund ended up in a fight over phone him stating he has no control over smells and didnt want to be threatened with a bad review. Well you got your bad review! World class marina at an excellent location. Very close to gulf coast and San Marco river.

Craig and Aaron are awesome dockmasters. This place has the best service hands down. Clean bathrooms, nice showers, great marina. We return every year.

Great, easy, simple experience with this marina. The docks are beautiful floating concrete with wide transit ways and are very well kept. The amenities are newer, clean and we'll maintained. Staff was an absolute dream to work with. I only wish more places would model themselves by these standards.

This is marina is exceptional! The facilities are clean, it has a great location, the laundry is free... Honestly though Craig the Dockmaster is what makes this a place tocome back to! They greet you to catch your lines, you call for a pump out and he is there. I had packages delivered to the marina and he even delivered them to the boat!! First class service! Highly recommend!
