It’s ok to rip a hole in the couch just for you asking them to pick it up because I have no need for the couch anymore.that’s pathetic the mover should be fired. They litterally ruined the couch putting the hole in it from lookin for bugs or whatever he was doing. Also threaten to take us for court garnishing and they did it!!

Nothing but good things to say! Walk into the competitors store and its dirty, walk into Rentmart and its super clean and smells amazing! Save your time and go here first!

DONT GO HERE! Honestly, don’t even want to leave 1 star. This place is a joke. Danielle that is “manager” thinks it’s oka to be rude to people making payments, act like a child, and tell you can’t have what you’ve already paid for. Will take our business elsewhere!

We rented a laptop from them on a Saturday, and when I opened it to set it up that night, the mouse pad would not work correctly and the “new” laptop I received was freezing. I had to restart it multiple times. The new manager was highly rude, told us we were lying, acted like we didn’t know how laptops work, and made a huge fit about refunding us the 2 weeks we paid ahead for the junk they gave us. Would give them 0 stars if I could. The previous manager was the sweetest man, but this lady took our loyalty to this place and broke it in one conversation. NEVER GO HERE! Who sets up a contract for rental for a computer that is obviously broken!?

Rent Mart is the best in Middletown, I love the employees and the service I always receive there. I always work with the assistant manager Lindsay, she is the best!! True to her word she does what she says and makes the entire process a pleasant experience. She always has a smile on her face and eager to help you find the items you are looking for and helps with payments and what you can afford. So if your looking for furniture, appliances, or anything else definitely go see Lindsay she is the best!!!
