Great experience with my salesman, Billy, at the Glenway Crossing location. He offered professional advice, amd friendly services. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and did not try to force me onto buying something, just becauseit was on sale. He allowed me time to try the product, and to go over his written offer before making my purchase. I was so pleased with his ability to go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Thank you Billy for a job well done!
Wanted a mattress the same day. Got a fair price on a clearance item. Took 20 minutes from walking in the door to driving off the property.
Damian was friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly, HELPFUL! He made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase and bent over backwards for me to get me an exchange. I really appreciate that. It would have been so easy to let me be stuck with something I wasn’t happy with. I’m so glad customer satisfaction was a priority and when I need to buy a mattress for the guest room and my son’s room, I will make sure to come to Mattress Firm and ask for Damian.
I got to the store, no customers in the store and the sales man stopped helping me as soon as soon as another customer can't in. He stayed with her until he was done with her and then came back to me. I asked him the price of another size mattress and on the way of him going to the back, a man came in and instead of the finding the price for me, he started helping that man. I left without a bed.
Demico was excellent to work with. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and likable. He spent a good amount of time with me because I'm a bad decision maker and I'm in my 3rd mattress in about 2 years. But, he made it clear that he was delighted to do so in order to get me into the right mattress. I appreciated that. Thank you Demico 😊
