Jonathan was very knowledgeable. He did not give us the hard sell. He invite us to try many different styles of mattresses. We found him very easy to work with.
Pretty good except the advertised items I went in to get were still on the floor but discontinued throughout the country and completely unavailable which forced me to spend $400 more on available item. Andrew was great and extremely helpful.

I've been going to Ralph for over 10 years I never had a problem with them the quality of the furniture they be have is amazing they are great people very nice very pleasant they even offer a delivery service in they will set it up for you it's a fee but it's not bad at all
Wendy and Jim are excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and just so pleasant. I bought a Tempurpedic. The first one was too hard, the firm selection. I had body aches. I was able to exchange for soft version. The exchange was so easily handled, I was truly amazed. I feel a bit like Goldilocks because I think I need a medium firm but alas that's not an option and I'll make do. The second delivery men, James and Malik were outstanding. My initial bed was not set up properly. James immediately went to work correcting issues, making bed secure and seeing my height lowered the bed for me. I can't thank James enough!

I just first want to say thank you to Andy and the manager Jonathan for taking care of me tonight and taking the extra time to speak with my mom in GA so we could get something that not only I loved but was in our price range. I was in a horrible situation sleeping on a twin size blowup mattress because I had just moved into my new apartment and on top of that having to get ride of my old mattress and box spring that was in storage and both of these guys completely understood and didn’t want me living like that so these two both hooked me up and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service and really paying attention to my needs as a customer! He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and did not try to force me onto buying something, just becauseit was on sale. Excellent working with Jim and him walking us through the process in every mattress setup and type. Bought one this evening because of his help. Definitely recommend coming here just to “test” out the options. We were done with low end beds and went with a very comfortable Stearns and Foster Pillow Top with adjust base and couldn’t be happier! Nothing pushy, 100% informative and educational! Also, the warranty and trial period is great but no need for return after sleeping a few weeks on these!

The whole thing took about 5 minutes — John found what I needed and I was on my way. Perfect for this busy mom! This is my second time purchasing from Sleep Outfitters, so I know the mattresses have longevity. Highly recommend!
I got to the store, no customers in the store and the sales man stopped helping me as soon as soon as another customer can't in. He stayed with her until he was done with her and then came back to me. I asked him the price of another size mattress and on the way of him going to the back, a man came in and instead of the finding the price for me, he started helping that man. I left without a bed.
so i purchased a mattress set and when it was delivered the delivery guys were setting up the bed and they destroyed my ceiling fan…i mean DESTROYED…when i called them to complain about my now destroyed ceiling fan they said i told the delivery guys that it was OK and not to worry about it…which is not true at all…they were very very rude and said they were not responsible for the damage and they were not going to fix it or anything…it wasn’t their responsibility or problem…these people are nothing but money hungry scammers

I bought an awesome king size mattress, box springs and bed frame. He gave me two pillows for free! I loved the mattress and I definitely recommend this store. The beds are extremely comfortable and I will definitely come back in the future!

Fantastic, quick efficient. John found me the perfect pillow which was key for me. As for my husband the bed was very important for his back. We can’t say how happy we are with our purchase and John set up delivery so it wouldn’t be in the way of or work day and it is wonderful.
John was great. Honestly I wasn't looking forward to looking for mattresses with the reputation for sales nonsense. But it was low pressure, and although a premium price, the product here was the best we have tested. Pay for quality, cry once.

Northside mattress and furniture is a scam. The mattresses are not worth a penny I spent over $500. I bought a mattress and box spring and then turned around and bought another $325 mattress they can that would help the situation but they didn’t you said, I don’t know you falling to the floor you lay down you falling out the bed because they are not brand new mattresses. They are are reuse the mattresses, and for real they owe me $550 plus the money I pay for them to deliver it and set it up. This place is a scam. It needs to be shut down.
Jamie from Tri-County Mattress Firm had been so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and know what to ask so we can purchase the right mattress for us. She didn't rush us even though we came in 30 mins before closing. Jamie is very professional and her customer service skill is excellent. We would recommend her to anybody who is thinking about purchasing a bed.

I agree people with vouchers aren’t respected. My daughter bought 4 beds 3 twins and a full and 2 bunk bed sets to go with them. They on delivered 2 twins and a full. And have been extremely disrespectful to her while trying to get that other twin mattress.
We went in and the sales person wasn't pressuring us which was nice. They were helpful without being pushy and they were honest and prompt with a call to let us know our purchase had arrived.

The movers called at 4 while I’m at work trying to tell me it says deliver at 4 when it clearly said deliver around 6. Then at 6 they called me talking about tipping them before they were even at my house. Then all they do is sit your furniture in your living room not your room they need to be in a paid 80 extra for them to come deliver tell your money hungry boss to tip ya!

Good quality mattresses. The same day that I went and paid for the mattresses they were delivered to my house. The delivery drivers even offered to put them together for me! I highly recommend and would definitely shop there again especially for the nice fashionable chairs, carpets and rugs that they have.
I was able to afford my daughter a new mattress set with a split box spring for an all time low! It's a very nice firm queen mattress set that I was truly blessed to buy. They also have lay away and they have some very nice furniture. The family there welcomed me as if they knew me, coming in the door. That's what most important to me; how I am treated, tells me if I want to spend my money there or not? I was ready to buy💯. Delivery price can't be beat either. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Getting a new bed
I purchased a mattress set at this Glenway Av location today. The salesperson was helpful and laid back. We expect to have it delivered in less than a week, which is appreciated in the current retail climate. We are pleased thus far.
Uncle Joe took good care of us on a mattress today!!! We’ve remodeled our whole kitchen over time with appliances bought from Appliance Factory /Mattress Kingdom. We’ll continue to be repeat customers and highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else.

I bought a washer and warranty. When the washer arrived, it was so broken, the delivery drivers wouldn't leave it with me. Eventually another washer was sent, but now a couple months later, I need to use the warranty. NO info was provided re the warranty and I'm waiting for the "warranty team" to call me back. Suuuuper worried after reading the BBB complaints. Guess I'll wait and see.
Worst experience I have ever had trying to get a dishwasher installed. Took a month of alleged installs. They didn't bother showing up or calling TWICE. That's 2 days of missed work. The third time the installer said he couldn't do it so a manager had to come do it another day. It leaks now and they won't fix it, we have to deal with LG. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!
Tim helped us today. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and was able to guide us to what he thought my wife and I would feel most comfortable on. He did a wonderful job too with giving us plenty of time to test different beds out, never pushing beds that he thought we would enjoy. My wife and I have tried multiple mattresses in the past few years and shopping for the right bed never felt so easy, we will only shop here from here on out! Looking forward to the many years of restful sleep we will be getting thanks to the help of Tim!
We had the Serenity Plush with adjustable base delivered yesterday and had our first night's sleep on it. We replaced a mattress that was 5 years old and already developing major sagging and was getting uncomfortable. The Serenity Plush mattress is perfect for us since we like the foam feel. Working with Original Mattress was a breath of fresh air. The delivery time was later than we were told and I called to make sure we were going to get delivery soon since I had a small window to be there and I was told they would be there soon and they apologized for the delay. The delivery guys got there about 30 minutes after I called and were wonderful - very professionally dressed and very clean and even wore shoe wraps in the house! They explained using the base and managed to get everything upstairs very quickly even with our very steep staircase. We had a good experience working with the sales rep at the store on Glenway and all-in-all very impressed with the quality of the mattress and the adjustable base. We look forward to many years with our new bed!

We were in on 2/6 and purchased a washer and dryer set as well as chest deep freeze. Josh was friendly and helpful. We also visited once prior to this and the gentleman that day was also kind and helpful even though we were upfront about not buying that day.

Service in store was slow but good. Issue came upon delivery. Crew was a 3rd party who completely screwed up and I ended up with an old mattress lying at the top of my stairs for me to deal with and no mattress/bowstring. In store took care of refund easily. Hasn't shown up in my bank account yet but so far......
The store manager Steven took care of us. He was very informative and took the time to explain all the features. He did a great job and worked with us on the delivery date!
I stopped in as we were in need of a new mattress and the store was near other stores I frequent. What a wonderful experience! All employees were wearing their masks, properly, and were extremely helpful without being at all pushy. Joe, our salesperson, was exceptional and spent time with me discussing all aspects of the purchase my husband and I needed to make. Later the same day, my husband went in to test the top choices I had made and we returned the next day to buy! Can't say enough about this store and its selection, quality, and appliance offerings as well. Will definitely consider them first for a major appliance purchase in the future!
The service was beyond great. We were given a lot of information and found a bed for a really good price. Antoine Archer helped us find what we needed hassle free. I had a few banking issues and they were able to find a solution quicky.

We needed a mattress so badly. Walked in on a Saturday and was greeted by Greg. He was very helpful, NOT pushy and VERY accommodating. They really are very careful during Covid restrictions as well. We decided on a mattress but decided to add edge pieces to help with long term break down so we had to wait 2 weeks since they build those into them. We picked it up from their warehouse this past Saturday and am so happy with product and total experience. FINALLY a good night sleep. Thanks to all at The Orginal Mattress Company.
It been 7weeks and still waiting for my furniture and when I finally got ahold of someone they said " We haven't order it yet. We call you when we'll deliver. " But took money already.... not fair! And totally disrespectful to prc voucher ppl still getting paid!! I dont understand why and how ppl not respected because they have voucher. Look at this picture

I had an excellent experience at the OMF store that I visited. The salesperson (Scott) was friendly and knowledgeable about the various mattresses the store carries. He was able to match me with the perfect mattress and I'm finally getting some decent sleep. I would recommend OMF to my family and friends.
We have purchased 4 mattresses from Original Mattress over the years. It's what we recommend when our friends tell us they are shopping for a new mattress. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is fabulous. And the mattresses are awesome!
Stay away. My wife and I have had a horrible experience with the mattress we selected. Now we have to go back in and get another mattress and spend more money. I haven't gotten good sleep since we bought it 4 months ago . People if you can afford another more expensive name brand mattress that is money back or return your mattress and exchange for another without spending extra money , I would suggest that route. My wife also has not slept well through the nights. Stay away. I wish we went with another company. I am on my recliner as we speak, I get better sleep there.
Love the knowledgeable, no-pressure sales people and the fact that they aren't always running sales so that we know we got the same price everyone else pays. We are very happy with our bed and expect it to last much longer than the expensive one-side mattress we previously owned.
The salesperson was very helpful and non-pushy, and the layout of the store is logical and simple. I was able to find what I wanted in about 20 minutes. The delivery was extremely prompt! They showed up 7 minutes into the 3-hour window in which they promised to arrive. The delivery people were also courteous and clean, and assembled the bed quickly (mattress and everything arrived in good shape, as well).
Helpful and informative staff, not pushy at all. They have a simple strategy for selling mattresses that really eliminates the tricky salesman games, and makes it easy for the consumer to understand their options and find exactly what they want. I was very impressed with my experience.
