I was there I wasn’t asked if I needed help are anything I was actually skipped over for the beige people

I went to this store to pick up a handbag I ordered online for Christmas. While browsing with my brother and chatting in Korean about the items, the manager, Karen Allen, suddenly appeared, rushed into us, and looked up and down at us. She rudely asked us, 'Why are you here?' and I answered, I am here to pick up my order. Even though I answered her, she asked her coworker in front of me again, and then she asked us, "ID?" (she exactly said this). It was too obvious she suspected us, but I just gave my ID and waited, but she never came back without any explanation until I finally started to complain to another worker over there.

Feeling awful about the treatment, especially after we had already made a purchase, we complained about her attitude and asked for an apology. Instead, she got defensive, claimed she had already apologized (even though she hadn't), and refused to give us her name or business card. Then she started being mean, calling us 'rude' and saying we 'interpreted' in the wrong way, even though we were speaking English the whole time. Instead of saying sorry, she pointed out everything she didn't like about me.

To make matters worse, the security person told me to 'shut up' and sided with the manager. I left feeling terrible, especially when I saw them laughing at us. It's unbelievable this happened, especially because I've been to LV and other luxury stores many times without ever being treated like this.

I'm deeply dissatisfied with the way I was handled by the manager. Their unbelievably horrible attitude made me feel like a thief. We had the worst experience of this year in this place by the store manager.

I don't understand how so many people are in a store that is very expensive. The economy has to be doing well under the Joe Biden administration.

So disappointed at LV and their greed! We have purchased so much over the years from LV (a little embarrassing)that I am beyond frustrated and upset at their Customer Service for long time patrons. My husband typically gifts me one for my birthday and Christmas (I know, I am gratful), never had to exchange before. But this birthday he got one that is too small for its purpose, it doesn't fit my phone and a lipstick. I missed the 30 day mark and used it, so they were unwilling to exchange it for a larger more expensive one? The director, Mr. Ali, asked if someone explained the policy to us? As if I am stupid? I am guessing if I walked in with one of my expensive bags, watches and designer clothes the 1.6k write off would not have been a big deal #corporategreed #desinerbagnotworthit I am officially done with LV, need recommendations for quality purses with good customer service. LV corporate said it was manager discretion to help me or not.

Seriously awesome girl! It’s my birthday and I was going splurge on some Mother jeans… the last in my size in the nation was at her store and she helped me get them!!! Yay!!! This kind of customer service is what is keeping me loyal to Neiman Marcus!! Thanks again Courtney!! You rock!!! She works in the contemporary dept. Whatever she’s making isn’t enough 😊😊😊

My daughter and I visited the store on 1/6/2023. We specifically came to NorthPark Louis Vuitton to purchase her Christmas present. My daughter was not sure which style she liked the most. We were greeted by Christine Dawson, who was precious, and extremely helpful. She had my daughter look/discuss a few options, then had her look through more choices on a tablet. My daughter choose three options she was interested in. Christine brought each style out for her to try on and inspect. My daughter found her perfect Louis Vuitton purse that day….. the first Louis Vuitton in our family, but definitely not the last. And I will make sure Christine is who helps us in the future.

We utterly enjoyed our shopping experience here in this store. We've been to several fashion boutiques and even on the Louis Vuitton pop up store in Neiman Marcus but the warmth and accommodating vibe of the team here far exceeds the rest of those stores in Northpark.
