Lovely place to sit and relax from the chaos of the city centre. Steak with pepper and red wine were delicious and worth the price.

We felt very welcomed here and enjoyed the food, also appreciated having an easy vegetarian option. The sangria was lovely too :) Thank you so much / muchas gracias / merci beaucoup to the lovely staff member who was happy to speak a mixture of languages with me!

Perfect place for a lunch. Had the fixed 19.90 euro menu for 3 courses. Food was great! Atmosphere is very nice and traditional. Great value for money

Really wanted to like this place, but was sorely disappointed. We ordered cheese fondue, and was mostly a gloppy, oily mess. Our server tried to save it by pouring some of the oil off of it, but it just made it worse.

I guess that our first clue should have been that it was completely empty, when all of the other restaurants in the area were packed. Cannot recommend.

The 20 euros set lunch is very reasonable but some dishes are average/decent. Mussels as a starter are just cooked mussels: no sauce, no seasoning but a lemon slice. Onion soup was good. Boeuf bourguignon was ok but slightly sauer/kind of red wine aftertaste. Grilled salmon was decent, a bit dry. But besides the price, it's the desserts which bring the rating up : creme brulée was perfect and the tart as well. Staff was very nice and attentive to everything we needed for our 2 kids.

The staff and atmosphere are fantastic but it doesn't make up for their food. It's average at best and seemed either frozen or canned. When compared to the other 100s of other restaurants in very close proximity they have some work to do on their food quality.

I just chanced upon while walking around the “dining zone” just off of Place St Michel. It’s on Saint Andres des Artes. It’s a lovely cozy bistro. This is Bistrot 31: the waitress mentioned it has a twin a few blocks down.

The menu is short and sweet. They have two specialties. Pirrades or hot stone grilling—one cooks the meat on the table. I had this in a last visit to Paris. Great fun it was (memories) 😊😊😊

The other are Raclettes or what I call fondue upside down without the hot pot, instead a wedge of raclette cheese is put to stand in a heating device to slowly melt it. The melting cheese is caught with spoon then poured on to meats, veggies and steamed potatoes. Very cool😎😎😎

They have a great selection of wines🍷🍷🍷.

Service is excellent.
