Let me start off by saying, overall had a great experience. Food, location, ambience are all absolutely stunning. The only issue I had a Wyze there is no AC in the room working. They responded to my request right away but couldn’t do much. Kept saying it was because the outside temperature was in the late 30°C.
Fabulous hotel which is excellent value for money considering size/ layout of room, quality of breakfast and the amenities (e.g. swimming pool). Proximity to Versailles park (and Chateau) make it very convenient and quiet - hotel is at the end of an almost dead end street. Underground Parking also very convenient.
Amazing experience, and wonderful way to end our European Adventure this summer.
We booked last minute due to an unfortunate situation with our AirBnB and we are so glad we did.
Check in was warm and caring, by Clemence. She was engaging and walked us to our room and ensured we had all amenities we had requested.
We had dinner on the patio bar and it was like a dream - perfect weather, comfortable surroundings and lovely love music. Our service, Garance, was very sweet and hospitable. We walked early in the morning to Versailles (the wrong way, but it ended up being a lovely stroll that we were able to enter the gardens from the far side from the castle) and were grateful to not have to battle lineups for tickets as the concierge took care of it for us. A bonus when we had not planned to go to Versailles and had not booked anything.
Every person we dealt with was professional and engaged kindly when we tried our rudimentary French.
We had a suite overlooking the forest/path to Versailles, and it felt so very memorable - like a dream with the soft curtains, tall windows that open in and fresh air... In the rooms and bathroom, which was large and easily accommodated our family.
All in all, likely the best stay of our entire trip, and we will carry the memories forever!

Incredible location next to historical tourist attraction in France. The hotel is located on beautiful grounds and features highly helpful staff. The rooms were majestic and the food was great. Only stayed one night, but highly recommend.
Room is perfect, 5 star for the restaurant service, and 1 star for front desk and reservation. 3 weeks before checking in, reservation Jeanne asked special requirements, we mentioned our anniversary and child travelling with us. Jeanne in reservation said she prepared everything. When we check in at 2pm, there were no amenities, no surprises for us and my son, and no extra bed. So-called personal assistant Jeanne didn’t respond until I keep calling her. And no one is taking out luggage when we arrive. I would say definitely not a 5 star hotel in terms of service.
My husband and I visited the hotel for our anniversary. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The incredible staff provides impeccable service, the views of the gardens will take your breath away, and the well-appointed decor is top notch. Loved this dining experience! We watched Gordon Ramsay ‘s TV shows so when we knew we were visiting Waldorf Astoria Versailles, we had to try the food. This restaurant is a whole experience! The quality of the food was flawless, my husband had the best burger. The entire vibe of the place was energetic and thrilling. We would love to visit The Palace again!
We had an amazing time at the Waldorf Astoria in Versailles. The service we had at the hotel was great from start to finish. Valet parking was convenient and we were able to check in quickly. The front desk agent was friendly and gave good suggestions.
We stayed in the Palace and were fortunate to receive an upgrade due to our booking through the American Express FHR program. The room was well-appointed and made us feel right at home.
We also had a drink at the hotel bar, which was very cozy and had live music. The Veranda restaurant was also good, both for dinner and for breakfast.
I would highly recommend this property overall!

Our favorite Hilton Hotel we’ve stayed at worldwide. Staff was so friendly, rooms at the palace were exquisite. We are diamond and our upgraded room was amazing. It was such a peaceful retreat from our Paris vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was lovely, and the afternoon tea was very nice too. Easy to get taxi to Versailles Palace or into town. Literally every person we encountered from the staff were incredibly kind. I can’t recommend this property enough.
