I bought tickets with direct payment at this agency. My flight was cancelled and they didn't refund me. I paid in automatic debit around £2000.00 for them . and I called and they said they won't pay !

Well, well...what can say about Mayara??!! She basically saved me of a huge stress and managed all with efficiency. Our flight is still two months away, but we started having headache due to visa requirements for my husband as he is an Indian citizen.
