arrived on December 9 at 1.30pm, but were closed, although according to the schedule they were supposed to be open until 6pm.
I was going to this clinic for 4 years this stuff was very nice the doctor was very nice. But I always had to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor even with appointment. If I was sick I had to wait for a week or for sure to see the Doctors. Finally I got fed up and I went to Northwestern Medical Center, it was the best medical decision that I made. I will not recommend this Clinic to anyone.
I would like to update my review to express my appreciation for the positive change in customer service. Previously, I encountered challenges with a staff member who exhibited rudeness on the phone. However, I am pleased to note that there has been a positive improvement since the introduction of a new team member, Lucio. I hope I have spelled her name correctly. I would like to extend my gratitude for the pleasant experience and professionalism demonstrated by Lucio during our interactions. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
Edited after Dr. Hannah reached out to me. She politely asked if there was anything she could do to rectify the situation. I appreciate her for doing that so I'm revising my review with a higher score. She seemed like she honestly wanted to help and went the extra mile which I think is not something many doctors would do.
I have since found a different clinic that I am remaining with but I appreciate Dr. Hannah reaching out to me.
I had an appointment with Dr. Jacob. After the appointment he sent a month's worth of prescription for high blood pressure to my pharmacy and told me to return in a month. I returned in a month and he said he would send another prescription to the pharmacy. He never sent it. When I called back, I talked with a nurse named Nina who said I had to come in to get the prescription despite the fact that I was there a few days prior for the specific fact of getting said prescription. I have to create an appointment to follow up on a previous appointment that I made to get a prescription? It makes no sense.
In a nutshell, I visited the doctor for a prescription, found out it wasn't sent, then called the office. They said "oh you have to come in for another appointment"
Why? I was just there last week for the purpose of getting another prescription. Very strange and Nina did not seem to have any answers as she was confused herself. She said the doctor doesn't take calls from patients. Very confusing! I decided to see someone else and save the $40 for another copay.

Nina did my blood draw a few days ago. I had a great experience. The procedure did not hurt at all not even a small bit. I will be definitely going to her again for any blood work. I highly appreciate her great attitude and work ethic.
I did my medical exam for green card interview there. The staff I met were nice and friendly. I especially thank Nurse Nina, she was very patient when drawing my blood because my veins are very thin, and told me every detail about the whole process. I got my medical exam report on time. Great service!
Dr.Hanna is an amazing doctor. I have been seeing her for about 8 years now. She treats my family, like she would treat her family. She listens to what you have to say. she has gone above and beyond to help me get the right care for specific medical problems. I feel safe and comfortable with her, and its very easy to talk to her. she is very good at her job and makes both my kids smile!
I've had some pain the last two days & I made an appointment to see Dr. Dima Hanna. Looking from the outside of the building, it doesn't look like much but when you go inside I was surprised at how cute and beautiful this clinic was. I checked in and had to wait a little bit but I didn't mind.
The nurse was so pleasant and very personable. Dr. Hanna was awesome! She knew that it was my first time going to see a doctor for this and she made me feel so welcome and at ease. She took me through every step and explained everything she was doing since she saw that I was nervous. She was so gentle and her voice was so soothing that that alone made me relaxed.
I loved her so much I had to make a Yelp page and rave about her! I've never had a doctor that I stuck with before but now that I have, I won't go anywhere else.
