Delicious, thirst quenching drinks! So many things to choose from and clean shops. It’s big for a place in the mall, and there are kind staff. The drinks are ready immediately and location is practical. Delicious! (Left is Lychee yogurt, right is coconut milk)

Decent enough bubble tea, but zero customer service or value for customer loyalty. Regular customer for over 2 years and got accused of fraud by the cashier.

Perfect case study for the German term Servicewüste Deutschland. Sadly I will never come back here again, and will advise all my friends to do the same. The irony is they probably won’t care…because well, Servicewüste Deutschland. Go to Fentcha or Beautee instead.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE!!! We got 3 different teamate’s. 1 milk tea, 1 matcha and 1 flip latte. They all were so good but if you come here you should definitely try the flip latte!!! Thank you for the amazing service

Aaaw, a must stop every time me and my girlfriend go to neuss rheinpark center, soo good, my favourite is the yogurt peach tea with passion fruit balls, leckere!!

Delicious!! I got the Lychee Green Tea with tapioca.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR: Park on level P1 on the line between sections A & B. Take the elevators in section A up to EG. When you step out of the elevator, Teamate will be right in front of you, slightly to the left. It is closest to REAL.
