Absolutely wonderful property. Lot of greenery. Room Service is slow. Food is average.

The rooms are quite good and the location is also very good, being only about 1 km from Kalpetta town. There are swimming pool facilities available and some extra curricular activities as well. The food and everything else is okay. However, there is an issue with the hotel's housekeeping. Despite us insisting on receiving certain services, they are not providing them. Another issue is that they sometimes have problems with basic things, like water. This has led to difficulties in maintaining a good relationship with the hotel.

Nice budgeted place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Good food. Service is good. Swimming pool was clean.

Must stay here if looking for hotels at kalpetta. It is close to all tourist places and main market. Also the property is very beautiful and peaceful. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay, they have maintained the rich classic old culture and wooden furniture is adding top notch elegance. Cleaned and most hygienic rooms, spacious washrooms and a good swimming pool. One of the best places to stay in kalpetta.

I have stayed in this property for a day with my wife and son.The Property is nice. The staffs are really good especially Mr. Rashid, he has guided the places for us and also speaks so gently and politely with the customers.
The Only problem is the taste of food and menu options. Only Dosa and Poori was available and the taste was not upto the mark as expected.
The rooms were clean with good balcony space to sit out.
Barring Food, The location, property, hospitality and behaviour of the service boys, and all the staff is 5/5.
