Incredible Connection George

Worst customer service experience ever!
I Would give them 0 star if it was possible!

Received the most amazing service from Marichell Booysen and Khanyiswa Gaba at the Garden Route mall. They were friendly, helpfull and so patient with us! Best service EVER!

Do not order online from this company. I ordered, entered the address and paid - only to notice the that the website had just changed the address I entered and it was now wrong. Then the nightmare began! I called the helpline and gave the correct address, not confident of the person I spoke to I sent a WhatsApp correcting the address. Then I get a call from them saying that the address on the order seems to be wrong so I give the correct address for the third time. Guess what? The courier calls and says they can’t deliver because they can’t find the address. It was still the incorrect address that I had corrected three times. At no stage did I get the feeling that the staff actually understood that the most important part of an online order is the delivery!!!!

I'm very disappointed with IC George. I ordered an item that they said will be delivered in 2 days, but a week later I still waiting!

Thanks for the reply, but the link given simply doesn't work. Comes up with code 404.
I placed my order on Friday 10th and got an sms saying that my order 7620339 is with the courier, and is on the way to me, in a day or 2, seven days later and I'm still waiting. I do want to request a refund and get the item elsewhere.

Went to the shop in George. The general manager help me so much calling other stores to hear if they have stock. The cashiers and assistant every created a wonderful shopping experience

Vastly overpriced for many items including Graphics cards and peripherals.
Customer service is wonderful though. Excellent floor staff.
Their return policy is a little hard to call fair.

Looking to buy a laptop that I spotted online but no call back from Incredible Connection George. Put me on hold for who knows how long…then disconnect… Phoned again - we will call you back…

After reading the previous reviews, I now fully understand why this store should not be supported. If there’s no customer service while wanting to spend money - I cannot forsee that they will assist with the after sales support. I rather shop elsewhere.
