The staff don't help you and when you ask them if they have stock of something they look at you with a blank look on their face and walk away. Very weird way of being a sales rep if you don't even try sell things.

Had a very poor experience at this store. Stood in line for 45 minutes (at 8 and a half months pregnant) just to be faced with staff and management that were rude and unhelpful. I was in store to collect something that was purchased as a gift by a family member who sent me a copy of the slip , as well as the details where it shows that they had selected this store for it to be collected at .The matter could have been resolved in 5 minutes if management had phoned the number on the slip I provided , but instead I was told to get out of the line and told by management (after standing in line for so long) that I needed to phone the store and my family members and have them resolve it and come back later , because they had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed with how I was treated and will definitely not go back to that store.

Staff very unhelpful and nothing we needed was available, will rather shop online in future than going to the effort of visiting the store

Might as well shop on line. No assistance available or offered. VERy untidy muddled store.
