I can 100% recommend KT10 Roofing. They are professional, honest and experts in assessing problems and sorting them out. Equally excellent at whole roof replacement or isolating leaks.
Contacted Ant via Checkatrade to undertake some remedial maintenance work on our guttering. Very swift response and fantastic communication throughout the works. Professional, courteous and available and, most importantly, know what they’re doing! Shall certainly be using again and highly recommend.
Coordinated work remotely and communication was excellent. Received quick responses from Antony and photos to keep me posted on work. Chimney pointing and flashing repairs on Victorian city centre property requiring scaffolding to reach. Very pleased customer.
KT10 is a local roofing company based in Chessington and run by Anthony (Ant) and Oliver (Oli). We contacted them in April 2023, with a view to providing a quote for the replacement of our roof, which was badly in need of an upgrade in readiness for the fitment of a solar panel system.
From the initial meeting with Ant and Oli, we were filled with great confidence due to their demeanour and professionalism in the discussions relating to the replacement of our existing roof. Ant and Oli have 3 teams who carry out the roofing work, which is overseen daily by both of them. The work on our house to replace the main roof was completed in 4 and a half days by the team led by Jessie. The weather during this time was reasonable and the team worked tirelessly to complete the task. We then decided that we should also have our extension roof upgraded/retiled and 2 large Velux windows replaced, which was carried out by the team with great ease.
Overall, I cannot recommend KT10 highly enough as their workmanship was superb. Their efficiency and aftercare service was second to none and the link between Ant/Oli and the team just highlighted the way a good team works together. Although the KT10 company is relatively new, the experience that Ant/Oli and the team provided left me feeling so delighted to have chosen them for the task. I doubt very much that you will find a more accommodating and nicer pair of guys providing such exceptional/excellent service, which is so refreshing these days. So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
