Good place
Such a great place to watch cricket with games over the summer on the green. There’s fewer better places to be when the sun is shining.
When games are on do drop in for a pint as it’s open to all and beers are very well priced, particularly compared to other nearby pubs. A pint of Guinness was £4.60 at time of writing which of course is very good. You can take your beer to any of the benches nearby too. They also show sport inside the pavilion.

Go say hello to the old guy behind the bar, lovely old guy, knows everyone and loads of great stories, think his name is Nigel, he may even live there !
So good to see the cricket back on and the bar open. Good prices too!
