Call It Spring

We bought some pairs of shoes here and extremely disappointed about this store’s service. Among these shoes, one pair was totally damaged after 2 months. The other pair was peeled off after just few times wearing (two weeks from purchase date). We came back to this store and claimed for return/exchange or at least repair for this pair. However, the lady who is managing that store merely refused and confirmed that they have no warranty policy and no responsibility for defective products!!! Our lesson is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOREVER and always make purchase from stores with after-sales service for ongoing support/assistance after purchase.

Not a good place to visit, very very arrogant sales lady… no manners…. Pathetic place to visit… disrespectful lady….. deserves zero stars….

My feet size is 11. Its never easy to find shoes for me. However, every single time I
go to this store, girls here go extra step to find me shoes -back of the store multiple times ,ordering online for me etc. Always with a smile and providing amazing customer service. Special shout out to Sarah and Alexa for making me super comfortable

Bad Customer Service. Bought a pair of office shoes from their store, it turned out to be a defective piece, when i went to return them they would not accept them saying it is not in resell condition. Their manager Alexia had a very bad tone and was not ready to give any resolution for the issue. All she cared was about giving me customer service number and wanted me to talk to them. $100 wasted but i am never buying anything from them ever again. Really Bad Customer Service.

Wish i could rate no stars at all. Don’t waste your money on this store, especially at this location. They don’t stand by their words, poor service totally cheap customer service👎🏻. I had such a horrible experience/story with them, won’t stop by at this brand from now on, won’t suggest it to my friends and family either.

The store is extremely clean and organized. Friendly staff and the prices are amazing and they have many varieties of different style and it happens to be Animal friendly. I’m very content with the customer service experience that I had and I will definitely suggest and recommend this to my family and friends … The store is SUPER ORGANIZED and Clean ..

Excellent service! I bought 5 pairs for my friends and family during black Friday and the associates were really helpful even though it was crazy busy. Had a really nice selection of stylish shoes.

BUYER BEWARE ALERT: i picked up shoes and these wipes were put in my shoes bag without asking or confirming with me. I did not ask for these. I did not check the receipt and left. When i came to return they called me a liar and did not return. I will be extremely careful with checking EVERYTHING before leaving this place. Not returning to this location for sure. Scamming is unacceptable.
