Arenal Mundo Aventura Park

We had so much fun at AMA park! My wife and I did the 12 zip line course and really enjoyed it. Professional bilingual staff who prioritize safety. The views were amazing, we zip lines over two waterfalls and the longest zip line was 1km long! I we even saw the volcano towards the end. I would recommend!!

We did the 7 zipline AMA tour and it was just okay. Not amazing. Our tour guides were slightly rude, didn’t really talk except to tell us where to place our hands and weren’t personable. The ziplines are long, fast and the views of the first 2 were cool. You’re in charge of your own braking so it takes away from the views and fun part. We paid $40 for a total of 29 pictures/videos so I recommend just having your party take their own pictures and videos because they’ll probably turn out better.

We did the Big AMA and had a great time! Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Charlie, Allan, Alvarez, and Jose were all great. They make it easy even for first timers, and we had no safety concerns. You get some great views and lots of speed. Some things to keep in mind: The hike to the first line, and some hikes between lines can be tiring if you are not in great shape (which I am not), but you'll get there. Also, the cultural village at the end is a nice touch, but the items are pretty overpriced in my opinion. Overall an excellent experience though.

I had an amazing time on the zipline at Mundo Aventura! It was the first time I saw waterfalls from a zipline and it was really incredible! The guides took such great care of us. Muchas gracias a Alonso Paz, Alex, Alvaro, and Eric! The next time I want to take the horseback ride to the waterfall and take the whitewater rafting trip. I will definitely come here again.

Zip line was great and the guides were a lot of fun - Alonso and Warren. We all felt very safe. Only reason we gave it 4 stars is related to walking to waterfall. We were told we could do immediately after zip line when it was booked. When we arrived, we were told it would have to be done earlier and zip line later or walk at 1:30 (we were part of 10:30am zip) and come back at 3pm. A group in 1:30 zip group was late which delayed departure by 15 minutes. That shortened our time to go to the falls by that time. We only had a few minutes to enjoy the falls to race back up the steps. Luckily, we are quick hikers. Average person would not have made transport back.

The zip lining is very fun and the guides are friendly and like to joke around. They explain safety rules very well and they know how to properly secure equipment. The whole place is beautiful. There is an enclosure for butterflies you can walk through, and a beautiful garden too.

We had a great time zip lining with this company. It felt very safe start to finish. We did the 7 line tour. They joked with our group to put us at ease. They were helpful and told us what to do at each line. My youngest son is a bit of a lightweight and they tandem went with him the first two lines which got him comfortable for the shorter faster lines.
