I cannot speak highly enough of the care and engagement my daughter receives at BB3. The dedication and personal attention provided by Ms. Alecia, her teacher, and Ms. Letitia, the inclusion specialist, has truly made a significant impact on her learning journey.
Ms. Alecia's passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is evident in her interactions with us. The environment in her class is very engaging and interactive and my daughter receives a lot of encouragement to participate and experience new activities. Ms. Letitia, the inclusion specialist, deserves special recognition for her commitment to customizing my daughter's learning to meet her individual needs. Her timely interventions, recommendations and focused guidance have been instrumental in her progress.

Absolutely love this nursery. I have three kids going here and they are all having such a good time. The building is beautiful, lots of outdoor and indoor space for the kids to play. The staff and teachers really make the kids feel at home and safe. Such a nice place ❤️
Love this nursery, love the vibe and all the staff. Everyone loves what they're doing and it shows. It is a happy place and the attention to detail is next level. The venue is nicely done, spacious classrooms with an amazing outdoor area for the kids creatively done. All the staff are super caring and genuine that's why the kids are all happy when they reach in the morning including my child when everyone is being greeted by name. Many thanks to Ms Alecia, Ms Alfa & Ms Normita, my boy loves Blossom and he cannot wait every morning to head to his teachers and friends. And that's what I've always wanted. Their regular feedback and updates are always helping me know more about his development, personality, moods, likes, & nutrition. Thanks to Blossom my kid became more confident, social and super expressive.

Unprofessional. Unprofessional. Unprofessional.
I have had to remove my child from this branch of nursery due to the constant unprofessionalism of the staff and management. On many occasions, I hoped matters would be dealt with appropriately, however the conversations have left me feeling enraged by the unprofessional response from her.
Whenever you raise a concern, the management refuse to address the issues correctly, become very defensive and put the blame on the child or the parent. They tell you that you are "always on the offense". In the same breath, you are told "I had to rearrange my appointment to see you about your concerns" when most recently the concerns have been for my child's well-being. In my opinion, as a teacher working in an outstanding school and as a parent, the child's well-being and happiness in a school setting should be priority. I was made to feel like my concerns about my child, who made an accusation on a staff member, were not valid and they were doing me a favour to attend this meeting. Rather than trying to defuse the situation and addressing the seriousness of my concerns right away, they left me worried for 2 days after our meeting and sent me an email with no further conversation until I had asked for a phone call.
I cannot stress enough that you should NOT send your child here as you will be in constant battle with the management god for bid you ever have to raise a concern. They do not accept blame and do not know how to speak to their parents, who are in actual fact their customers.
Finally, I am not sure how many of the reviews on here are accurate since the nursery provide an incentive to parents should they leave a good review.

Sending my baby girl to a nursery at age 5 months, was probably the hardest thing I ever had to do. But I’m glad I chose Blossom Nursery. I loved the campus when I did the tour; but it was certainly the meeting with Ms. Sharon that gave me the reassurance that Blossom is the right nursery for my little one. It’s been 4 months now, and I don’t regret it. My daughter loves her care givers; and she’s become so attached to her teacher, Ms. Sharon (who’s amazing!). She enjoys the sensory activities, rhymes and books she’s exposed to at the nursery; and most importantly she’s well taken care of. There’s nothing more I can ask for than my baby being in safe hands.

I was struggling to find a nursery for my 1.5 yr daughter and was so happy and lucky that I found Blossom Nursery in Al Barsha 3. What a special place to be. All of the staff are wonderful, caring and so supportive. As first time parents we feel so lucky to leave our precious baby Joud in such capable and warm hands! Daily feedback is great, they really care about children’s learning and development and ensure parents are involved too!
We started with this nursery in Jan 2022 for our 2 yo son. I fell in love with the new facility from first sight - modern, new, spacious, bright, after a quick tour I felt this is it, I want my son to be in this environment. Ms Hajer did a nursery tour for me, I felt relaxed and all my queries were answered. It is one of few early school centers that provides hot meals for kids as they have their own catering. They have a very nice lab as well for kids. Teachers Ms Rachelle are nice and teacher assistants are also nice. We were able to discuss our observations about our son settling in with the team in a very constructive and efficient way. With so many kids in the campus I think the nursery team and management are doing good job, very professional. Also, our onboarding process was smooth and quick. Ms Victoria did a great job by advising and guiding on the early stages of the process. Our son is happy and if any small things happen - that's OK. We all have good days and bad days :)
