I ordered from there today and told him on the phone fresh food, when I got the food the wings were old and stale, I was lied too... Safe to say I won't be coming here again!

I'm visiting from Florida and I most say this food was awesome. Very up north style Chinese

It’s 2023 I shouldn’t have to go to an atm and pay a fee to get cash out. (I’m visiting from out of state) And when I ordered on the phone to pick up my order it was correct but pick up a whole meal was missing which is probably why the price wasn’t what I thought for 2 meals

Found a COCKROACH in my food I will never order from here again I’m so upset cause I used to order here all the time and to think they have broach infestation is so disgusting to me , food isn’t that great but for the price you can’t complain but I don’t want roach fried rice

Poor customer service and delivery. Ordered food, waited over an hour. Got a call saying they were at my door. They weren't so I waited outside thinking they were around the corner. No one showed up, so I called the restaurant and they assured me the driver was on the way. Waited an hour, no one showed up, called again, closed. No answer. Called back the next night and asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't do that. Asked when the manager would be in, they didn't know. Had an attitude and told me I didn't need to speak to a manager then hung up on me. Will never order or eat from here again. First and last experience.

I went to try this place for the first time and I’m disappointed I ordered chicken lo mein but afraid to eat it and pork fried rice half fried chicken that tastes old it all smells the same as if they were cooked and then refríed..

This is not good for the business..

Located in Springfield on Berkshire ave. This is my favorite small business for Chinese food. The prices are very reasonable and they give you a huge helping of food. It's an amazing restraunt and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend this place if your in the area or passing through Springfield. I no longer live in Springfield but still go there for their great tasting food.
