Spoilt Boutique

Came in on my birthday to find something nice for myself ,completely ignored by the snooty older women working there ,was browsing for quite a while and still no hello or can I help you find something .I then heard them being friendly and helpful to other older women ,am I too young to shop here? the staff give off a very unwelcoming vibe ,I won’t be shopping here again .

So dissatisfied that I couldn't exchange a sale item,even for another sale item.
All I got when I rang to ask was a very abrupt 'No it's not our policy!
Simply, I won't shop there again,shame as I have shopped there a bit and am local

Unbelievably that in this day and age there is still the odd retailer holding you to ransom by not providing a refund . I bought some boots $299 that did not fit -I mean this isn't rocket science to think that in this case a refund should be applied. Come-on people get with the real world!!! I would not recommend using the online service unless you want to get trapped. You can stand behind your GRAND T & Cs - DOESNT make it right!! You have a moral obligation and people need to understand the arrogance of the way you run this business.

Eating a meal at B&W, which is across the road from Spoilt. Spoilt owner came over, shifted our drinks/wallet/phone/plates so she could put her business cards on the table - without any excuse me, hello or any kind of acknowledgement. To act this way in another business’s premises, particularly a cafe where people are conversing/eating, is terrible! No basic manners.

I recently made an online purchase and the shop has a good selection of clothing and my order was shipped very promptly. So, why the two stars? Well, I had a poor experience when one of the items I purchased which was on sale and it didn't fit.

I went instore to try and exchange it. The assistant informed me it was not able to be exchanged due to it being a sale item (I could have swapped it for a different size but they didn't have my size).

I would like other potential buyers to be aware of this as it not obvious they have this policy when viewing the sale items online nor during the check-out process. There is a statement on their website but you have to look for it which I did after the response I got from them instore.

From my perspective an overall poor experience.

I shopped online with this business. The products are lovely and well priced. The parcel was delivered very promptly. There was one small issue that was dealt with immediately, professionally, generously and in a friendly manner. I have a small business myself and know that good customer service is of extreme importance and this business provides it in bucket loads! I am glad I found this business and will continue to shop with them.
