The courts are constantly busy and the surfaces/nets are pretty beat up.

Lights need to be installed so that people can play later into the evening thus alleviating some of the congestion.

No lights for playing in the evening.... Surface is terrible... Why can't they invest in these heavily used courts?? Please email your local councilman

As I posted on the Trinity Bellwoods Park review, this tennis court condition is way better than Ramsden Park tennis court and the people here are somewhat more organized and civilized when it comes to court usage.

The surface is average, but you need shoes with proper grip even though it's concrete surface, you might still slip. I had a friend who wore proper tennis court shoes but still slipped sometimes.

Do be aware that the suggested rule did mention only singles to be played, despite some folks do play doubles, or as I've seen recently 3v3 and when they finally decided to play singles, the rest line up behind and stand dangerously near the next court with a high risk of getting hit by balls or racket if the player is a big swing player.

The nets here are mostly in good condition, taut enough for games or rally. Overall, I like playing here compared to Ramsden Park or Moss Park during the non winter months.

As winter is coming, do have fun while you can and enjoy the fall colors here which is gorgeous.

Often very busy! It would be amazing if the city invests in lights so people could keep playing when it gets dark. That would also be helpful to minimize the line ups, nobody would rush to be there before it gets dark.
The surface needs some work to be done. It’s not always even and one of the courts gets a big puddle every time it rains a little.
