I cannot comment on the quality of their product but, their service was not acceptable. We tried to call and message them to ask if they had bikes available or not. But they didn't respond even after seeing our message. But when we finally reached the shop, they were closed. This is information they should clearly update on all platforms because they obviously cater to tourists and tourists cannot be expected to know their realistic opening hours.

Mr Widi is a great bicycle tour operator. I took the Mumbul ride near Ubud some amazing views of the rice fields. Amazing experience highly recommended
