My sister and I came here for the mad hatters afternoon tea (Alice in wonderland theme) the cutlery, food, and tea were all so unique and you could see a lot of effort was put into it all. The quality of the food was lovely - cannot fault it. The service we received from Lay and Jose was fantastic - very attentive and friendly, and made sure we were happy and if we needed anything to let them know. Definitely would recommend for a unique experience!

Quite expensive given that there is a discretionary 12.5% surcharge added without options.
Food was nice and incredibly filling, tea was interesting and setting was nice.
Could have gone a little further down the rabbit hole with the Alice in Wonderland theme.

Had a great time at the Mad Hatters afternoon tea. The sandwiches were excellent - the cakes to die for and our server Lay was brilliant. We would definitely go again and having been to a few afternoon teas, this was one of the best. My only moan was that sat on the end was a bit chilly so if you're going in the winter months take a jacket, they do provide blankets but you could still feel a breeze.
We visited the Sanderson Hotel for the Mad Hatter Experience Afternoon Tea and it was absolutely delicious. Jose and Sanyogita welcomed us and explained each flavor of the teas to us in great detail. We recommend you let yourself be carried away by this magical moment.
We loved our afternoon tea experience. One of the best and can say that based on several other experiences I’ve had around the globe. Lay and Sanyogita were our hosts. Lay was extremely knowledgeable and also helped us select our teas based on our taste pallets. The ambience was great. Highly recommend the experience overall.
Jemima was our server and she was a great help in getting us caught up on a the various teas they carried. I was happy with the cucumber sandwich or the salmon. Everything else was great. Anyone looking for afternoon Tea should choose this place. Shopping is near by when you are done
I had such an amazing birthday here!
The variety of teas was amazing (you get to try 5 different teas!), and all the little desserts were delicious i could not pick a favourite! I loved all the sandwiches too and they were refillable! There was so much food and they still gave me a complimentary mini birthday cake! This whole experience was made amazing by our server Sanyogita, from the first minute she made us feel welcomed and was thoroughly tending to us and provided the most amazing service we have received in a while!
