Great atmosphere, service and food

By far one of the best burgers I’ve had up until today.

I did not like their behavior at all. I went there to drink something and they did not let me sit in the shade. They told me if you want to drink something you have to sit in the sun while I was with my dog and it was too hot. Considering that there were a lot of empty tables!

Nice location and crowd, and the food & drinks were okay. That said, the personnel turned incredibly arrogant the moment they realized we were not French native speakers and inquired about food allergens, although we were very quick and clear about it. It was clearly apparent that they immediately categorized us as "complicated customers". First, we waited 15 min in vain to get shown to a table. Then another 25 min to place our order. Finally, another 20 min to get our food, while others that arrived before us already finished their meals. Minus four stars for the poor service and closed-mindedness.

A fantasy place. But chairs are not comfy so you probably won't stay very long. Also, if you order burger and want it medium just order well done so that it's medium. The staff was very nice though.

Excellent atmosphere and great value for the food

The burger was almost ok, but the french fries had the taste of old oil... The worse was this disgusting fish sauce on the salad. We weren't able to eat more than a piece... Hopefully, we asked for reimbursement because of the poor quality which they agreed... Thanks to the waitress for her explanation and patience.
