The service is exlente but they hire you to a contract in ICF for a temporary period of 10 weeks. They call you on your second week to tell you that not working base in nothing and send you a email of separation. They fired me after two weeks and all of the teammates hire of my same time in different areas and places.

The only thing Connor Demars say is the HR director says about attitudes and service. I don't receive any evaluation or feedback.

If they hace employment agency don't make people loose time please.

I hope this review can make Mondo change the manner they work this areas in HR and the employees. Because is unfair star in a job driving one hour for 3 weeks and only receive an communication none official fired the same day.

We hope they can change that and improve the system to a better service.

Avoid like the plague. I was contacted by Ashleigh Teestel-Kessler and her manager Gabrielle Cappelli. Was told on the phone constantly I would be a good fit for an IT position and was told I’d be updated on next steps. Talked to Ashleigh for thirty minutes and had to speak to her manager for 5 to 10 minutes. These two have straight up ghosted me. I’ve sent emails and LinkedIn messages with no reply. I have decided I will simply not work with the Mondo staffing agency for as long as I am in the work force as either way they spam your email with JDs that has nothing to do with your experience and they constantly ghost you.
