Visited here for the first time with my family. Ordered an Ice Cream Float margarita, brisket sandwich and fries.
Food came out quickly and hot and was delicious.
Coyote went out of their way to make our experience memorable.

Service was amazing the moment I walked in with my group. Our bar tender and waitress Ryder was amazing, she served us with class and just adore her. I ordered the Buffalo chicken fajitas, it was delicious. Also thank you to the manager Gambler for being so fabulous. I will definitely come backā¤ļø
Came in on a sleepy Sunday evening after a long drive, I'd never been to LS so we gave it a shot. I had the Chimichanga. It was bready and way too spicy, clumsily put together with the same rice on the side as was inside. Rice was undercooked and the beans tasted like they were out of a can. My partner had the enchiladas, very underwhelming. Almost no meat, tasted way too much like Chipotle and overall very doughey. Best part of the meal was the side mashed potatoes. Also the pickle Margherita was just weird, didn't expect it to be made with sweet pickles and mostly taste of tequila. Service was what I expected it to be, nothing exceptional but the waitress was nice and quick with everything. Would give them another shot, maybe with the fajitas.
We had a nice dinner here, and the service was great. It was nice to have right beside the hotel šØ. We'll be back and keep it up.
Very spacious, good atmosphere. Service was good but noticed one of the waiters got irritated because we moved sections.
A great spot to enjoy some authentic Texas food with a Mexican flair. Famous for their fajitas and their steaksā¦ they also have some great burgers and bowls. Thereās something for everyone on the menu. Itās a great spot to also entertain larger groups as this place is hugeā¦ Awesome staff ensure you are well taken care ofā¦ Despite its size, you donāt feel lost and they treat you like itās more a family run restaurant.

The wait staff heard that we were two best friends reuniting for the first time in 20 years.
The waiter who served us was FABULOUS . I am sorry but I did not catch his name . Closing shift Jan 23 and our table was near kitchen two giant guys and giggle short woman.. our food was fabulous... His steak was perfect.. and my BBQ ribs flaked off the bone..
Do not miss the dill pickle drink.. yummy.( No you are not going to feel like you drank from jar) .
We were left alone.. our waiter made presence known but also said he knew it was a special day.. in the end we choose more drinks and dessert .our bill was $127 ( minus a $10.00) coupon..
We had the more expensive end ..
The meals start around $15.00
It was so awesome.. two of us.. plan to repeat this experience in 2 weeks .
