I have been working with Maggie and her team since April , when I first called Maggie was very sweet , and wanted my money . When I initial started they was answering the phone and emails . This was my first book and I had no idea how to write and I needed help ! The staff began to get rude , and dismissive on calls and help with things . My book was finished in September , however there was major edited and proof feeding that was not done , I ended up stopping the book and then re publishing it . The book finally hit stores , now they have terminated me because I allegedly sent a harassing voicemail which was “ hey csn somebody call me , or do I need to come to the office for help , I have a problem with the book and nobody is seeming to answer this is very unprofessional and I need help “ I begged this company on the 26th for help and they have now terminated me because I needed someone to answer the phone , they then made a statement on a legal matter and has not even given me the opportunity to tell them that the legal issue was fixed . Do not go with this company , they are rip off . They act like they are about minorities but they are not !

Great team, great work. I do recommend them to anyone looking for help with writing or publishing a book.
