Zero organizational skills, incompetent staff and bartenders,
We stayed 40 minutes stuck in traffic even though we had vip D zone access, which should have made life easier, but of course not.
We reach the vip D zone to be astonished to self park and on top of that we need pay 500 dirhams for the parking!
Bartenders have zero decorum and proper bartender etiquette , extremely rude,
Each bartender has their own price list , which is different than the other, double drink might cost u 145 with one bartender and cost 195 with another, depends on their mood, not to mention the most disappointing and dysfunctional token system, that if you want to top by the QR code it wont work, and every top up will cost you 10 dirhams , at each top up from the bar, another disappointment from white to reestablish their presence in uae,
And whats funny about all of this is that the organizers wont care about this review, as they have already scammed us and took our money. Only posting this here cause they have limited the comments on their instagram account, cause of all the negative feedback they are getting.

The most luxurious club, which is located in an excellent location and with an amazing view. Very friendly staff and fast service. High-quality drinks. Very cool DJ who plays great music .The famous artists constantly perform. I was at a NE-YO concert in this club, emotions just go wild.I love PURE WHITEš¤
Overall superb experience with good quality food, ambience , lovely performance, very talented artists, value for money, but they need to work on racist attitudeā¦
Ohhh this place is fancyyyy but their service is the absolute ghetto. The waiter had to go and come back more than 3 times and still got our drinks order wrong. We eventually had to get the manager involved before we got sorted. Their food tasted really good though ngl. If I ever go back, it will be for the food. And aesthetics of course
We had amazing experience at the White Dubai. We had booked for the Wednesday Night brunch which was a great experience with thrilling live shows, delectable food and drinks. The service was excellent and cudnt have asked for more. The music and ambience were truly magnificent and it is indeed a splendid spot for nightlife in Dubai.
