Melt-in-your-mouth cupcakes!! Great prices, friendly staff. Cozy inside with homey atmosphere. A third indoor table might be nice, but the trade would make it feel cramped, so I think they made the right choice. Plus, nice to enjoy cupcakes outside!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I absolutely love Lavender Moon. The employees are always nice and even though I am there often, they always run over the flavors with me every time I ask. The cupcakes, while they are $4, are definitely worth the money. The cupcakes are always so tasty and sweet. The frosting is always rich and delicious and the cake is always moist and the frosting pairs so nicely with the cake. Their flavors are also very unique and there are so many options. I am never disappointed by the service or the cupcakes. Lavender Moon is definitely my favorite cupcake shop in Old Town and would 100% recommend it to any cupcake lovers!

What happened!!! Got my cupcakes today and they were not good at all, did we hire new bakers, but this was definitely not a Lavender moon cupcake ive been obsessed with for the last 6 years! My cupcake was not only off tasting but tasted a bit undercooked, out of the 2 boston cremes one was overfilled and lopsided and these were comp cupcakes after getting the wrong cupcake durring Christmas. Not to mention when I called the other day to find out what flavors they had I was told "i don't know, the usual." The icing was still up to par but both me and my son threw the cake part of the cup cake in the trash, hopefully this is an off day because Im absolutely obsessed with these cupcakes I order them every birthday and Holiday!!!

We brought our baby here today to try her first cup cake for her 1st birthday. The cupcakes were delicious however the customer service left a bad taste in our mouth. The person working was not at all friendly and didn’t even wish our daughter a happy birthday. When we asked if we could have some water to clean her hands she said the restaurant did not have running water. 🤷‍♀️ not accommodating to our family at all. Thank goodness we brought our own candle and lighter so we could sing happy birthday. Just sub par in general which is a shame bc the cupcakes are delightful.

If you find yourself in Old Town in search of sweets, definitely head over to S Royal St to Lavender Moon. Best cupcakes around, creative flavors, beautiful presentation! I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like yet.

😍😍😍The best cupcakes!! I actually never liked cupcakes at all, because the icing/topping tends to be oversweet and nothing but sugar. Today this changed - the Lavender Moon'n cupcakes are DE-LISH-IOUS!!! They are topped with yummy cream that's light, full of flavour and even contains small bits of fruit, it's perfect😍 I wish all cupcake bakeries were just like this and would stop selling the sugar with sugar on top of sugar.

Came in to try a few different flavors of the cupcakes. Cupcakes were $4 a piece which was reasonable! We ordered the peanut butter chocolate, s’mores, lemon, and chai. The icing is much better than the cupcake itself. The icing especially the lemon and peanut butter were very rich and flavorful. Cupcakes themselves are dry and dense but still tasted pretty good. The chai didn’t have much of a flavor, tasted like a vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting. The lemon was filled with a tart lemon curd. Overall, icing was awesome, cupcake itself was just okay but slightly on the dry side. The location is slightly hard to find as the sign is very small on the outside. The inside is very dark with little lighting. I would give this place a try though if you’re in town!
