A big, beautiful and well maintained mall. You will get most of the renowned international brand's shops here. There are some international food chains available inside.

We spent time on shopping and experience is good. Great brands with individual shops where we can purchase what we want. Not that many discounts.

Much more options for food. But getting a seat in food court is challenging.

Having recently visited this mall I'd like to share my honest and unbiased review of the overall shopping experience. Please note that this review is based on my personal observations and opinions and may differ from others' experiences. The shopping mall offers an extensive range of retail stores, catering to various tastes and budgets. From high-end luxury brands to more affordable options, there is something for everyone. One of the highlights of this mall is its diverse selection of dining and food options. There is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and fast-food chains, providing a variety of cuisines to choose from. During my visit, I enjoyed a satisfying meal at one of the restaurants, and the food quality was commendable. The mall provides ample parking space, which is a major plus, especially during peak hours. The parking facilities are well-organized and easily accessible, making it convenient for shoppers with their vehicles. During my visit, I had a positive experience with the mall staff. They were courteous and helpful, addressing my queries promptly.

#. PVR, escape screens and a large food court is there on the third floor.
#. There are many adventure, fun games and events happening for kids.
#. It houses the largest gaming arcade in South India.
#. Big bazaar supermarket is there on the bottom floor.
#. There is a good view over the city on the top floor.

This is a very good place to go if you want to cool off a bit. As well as the Western stores (Marks and Spencer etc) there’s a craft section on the ground floor which while not as cheap as a street market, sells good quality stuff - we bought a bedspread.Great Mall with a good variety of stores ! The Spa on the 3rd floor next to the Movie Theatre is Fabulous and for a World Class Treatment look for MarieIt was clean everywhere at the mall which I appreciated. There is a good variety of shops. I found that products in the supermarkets on the bottom floor are well organized and presented. On the top floor, where there is a good view over the city, I had a strawberry fruit juice which tasted well. The sales people neither speak the local language nor English . They boldly say they can speak only Hindi. If we need help , we need to speak in Hindi to extract help.

The girl who stands near the fitting rooms behaves as if she owns the store & the people at the cash counter push people for the membership card inspite of polite declination .!

Such a nice store with diverse choices and yet the service sucks !!

West side management needs to reconsider their service people at this location.!

Honestly a very nice mall that has all of the big name stores and a great food court! I visited several times throughout my stay in Chennai and was never disappointed!

A few key stores that they have: Nike, Under Armour, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Puma, and H&M.

It makes for a nice place to escape from the heat as well since the mall is well air conditioned!

The mall is too big,best place to shop and fun with family and friends.
Excellent place for weekends along with family and friends.

Spacious parking facility for 2wheeler and 4wheeler.

Hectic traffic on weekends so better visit by weekdays.

Lots of shops available for food items neat and well service provided by them. You can find chat items, ice-creams at reasonable price and quantity.
