Paramount Fine Foods

We tried a couple of their new menu items such as the Cheesy Garlic Bread and the Cheesy Chicken Shawarma Boat and they were both amazing. The mixed grill was also good but not as delicious as the other two. The spicy pita bread served with the mixed grill was very spicy. Their hummus and pita of course were great as usual. Nice and fresh!

Had Shawarma here. It was good. The server was really polite and friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a Middle Eastern cuisine.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very busy. Tried a few items. Ok food. The atmosphere is ok. Could be cleaner. The tables are sticky. Cordial stuffs.

I always have loved eating at paramount and there various locations.

I took the family out yesterday evening for dinner and it was an awful experience.

Things to be noted.

I ordered the mixed grill platter, falafel, saj wraps and pepporoni pizza.

The mixed grill platter came and it was missing the tomatoes and onions and the rice was old or from the bottom of the pot. It was hard and not edible. As you maybe able to tell from the picture.

I asked one of the waiters and he explained that they ran out of tomatoes and onions but he would go check. When I was about done eating he brought the cooked tomatoes. The onions were not available.

It so disappointing that a restaurant I use to praise has come down to this.

I would not recommend this location and this shows by the amount of people that were in there for dinner.

I hope this gets resolved. Would hate to have a great franchise go down this road.

I had the Veggie Lovers combo. Very nicely presented and tasty but I found the tomato parsley salad to be a bit too acidic. The cauliflower was excellent! We had to ask for water and my drink was delivered in the can with just a straw and no glass.

Paramount Fine Foods at Donmills is a ok place to hangout, but it’s expensive for its quality and quantity. I went in with a good expectation but not convinced. My bad ordering tandoori chicken in this restaurant, the chicken was not fresh and the meat is hard which looks like it’s reheated. But as a family we enjoyed the ambience and had a great family time. I wonder why hummus was not part of chicken shawarma, shawarma only comes with garlic sauce.

Our experience at this Paramount was exceptional, the food is very good and came out quick. Everything tasted great and the staff was phenomenal. They were extremely attentive and very welcoming, especially Nelly and her good service! Will definitely come back.
