The food was lovely, our waiter was great. However, we couldn't get decaf coffee here & they even had to charge us for tea when all I wanted was a mug of hot water! There was some work going on and the workmen kept leaving the door open and the draft was awful. The poor waiter was beside himself continually closing the door. Nice menu though and worth a visit, if you're going on the Ferris Wheel.

Asked for the bill, got ask to wait. Then we’re made to wait 15 minutes, ignored multiple times when we asked for the bill after the first time. The men seemed feb up of anyone who wasn’t Austrian to be honest. Said thank you and please but still had an attitude with us. Wouldn’t recommend if your not Austrian or can’t speak German fully to be honest as they seemed to treat all the none Austrians bad. Food was good. Other waiters were fine but two in particular were just rude

Best lunching experience on a Saturday summer afternoon.

I ordered some chicken schnitzel. And a small beer. Main dish came with french fries.
They were perfectly crispy. The schnitzel was one of the best i had. And ample.

Even the ketup provided was for the first time, generous.

I cannot recommend it any less.

First of all the waiters are not responsive at all, I caught them non stop playing on they phones during they shift 😵‍💫
Second: the restaurant itself determines how much to tip customer’s 😵‍💫 never saw in my life‼️‼️
The Apfelstrudel is average nothing wow
The mixed plate with meat is ok 👍 for 16,90€ perfect for 2 persons

It was a very cosy place, where I got to enjoy a break after a long day of walking around.
The apfelstrudel was delicious, and the staff was really nice, as well.

Low quality food. The french fries tasted badly, just look at them. The snitzel was not eatable Poor restaurant. What you see in the pictures is what I could eat and I was very hungry. Bad experience. This restaurant is not meant for human consumption. I first gave the service 3 stars, but one of my friends didn't want to give a tip because he, just like me, couldn't eat to much. The waiter inserted the tip into the bill without telling us. When my friend said the bill wasn't ok the waiter said "is only a 10% addition". We said the food was awfull and the meal didn't desearve a tip. The waiter then asked us what was wrong - the reason he asked us was not because we barely touched the food, but beacause we didn't wan't to give a tip. Poor food, poor service!
How can you give 5stars for such a place!?

We came early for breakfast, it's located under the ferris wheel.
We ordered melange 5/5: great coffee.
Mozart coffee 5/5: one of the best we've had.
eggs and bacon for the kids 5/5: perfectly cooked.
Bacon wrapped sausage 4/5: the bacon wasn't crispy enough for our taste, but the flavors were there.
Overall, service was friendly and the place was quiet despite the long line outside the door. Prices are reasonable for a tourist attraction.
