Terrible management took 3 month for a plumber to come repair a stopped up stove no and tub to an elderly women who has a trake in her neck to help her breathe

My view is a dump I have the back windows falling on to the office roof top. I have pictures of garbage that has sat there for years pic of raccoon, cats, bugs r invating moths, mosquito others pest mice were a big issue until i got a cat. Safety smh all someone would need is a ladders to reach any window also have pic of those. Our community starts with the landlords standards and the government agreements. there r children mother's grandmothers who deserve a better understanding on the needs tenants r paying rent. Elevators r often out of services and continue enting apartments to seniors citizens mother's with carriages.. With that GD

I’m so happy they call me the they have a studio available, michelle cora, who took the time to follow my file very well, and whenever I needed to send my document, she took care of me by writing or even call me to inform me, thank you so much I Appreciate it

The building is never kept clean the elevator is allways broke have too beg to get stuff fix in your apartment this building is just a nasty mess and allways have people hanging out in the building that dont live here and it stinks real bad

This is one of the WORSE management companies in NYC. They do not care about their tenants or the quality of their properties. They leave tenants with mildew ridden bathrooms. The builds have major unresolved water/pipe leaking issues. The vermin are out of control. The kitchen appliances are of very low value and out dated. The materials used in the apartments are of the lowest quality. But the rent is market rate.

The management company does not respond to tenant issues and the managing agents are incompetent, unprofessional and overall just unpleasant people. Furthermore, the owners of these properties don't care about the properties either.

Do Not Rent with Wavecrest Management.

I have lived in one of their buildings almost five years. It is the poorest managed building I have ever lived in. They don’t care about tenants safety. Promises are made but never carried out. In addition we have non working cameras, break ins, fire concerns, unauthorized tenants living in apartments. Nothing is being addressed. Sad when you’re afraid to leave your apartment.
