Excellent food and very friendly service. They have several vegetarian and vegan options as well. Good selection of some sri Lankan grocery items as well.

I had a Sri Lankan soup (Gotukola Kenda) which is the best ever I had.

Idiappam (String Hoppers) portion was amazing dish from them.

Wonderful tasty &unqiue Sri Lankan food. Recommend the lamprais, including cashew curry, and the string hopper. Rolls were delicious too. My companions had briyani which they loved. Everything including chilli sauces were made by restaurant founders and chefs, husband and wife team.

I love the interior of this place, such a cool vibe! The waiter was very attentive and accommodating. First time trying Sri Lankan food and it was delicious! The chicken rolls was amazing! And I tried the shrimp Kothu that was pretty good as well. Will definitely drag my family there one day.

I live right around the corner from Spicy Lanka and after seeing all the glowing articles written about them I knew I had to try them. I have never had Sri Lankan food but it was REALLY GOOD! Everything was presented beautifully even in take out containers! The portions were large and the ingredients were fresh. There are so many options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I am so excited to try everything on their menu. I feel like our community hasn't given this restaurant the love it deserves but I will be recommending friends and family to try this spot. Yet another win for the melting pot of Queens!

Amazing Sri Lanka food found! So flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend their steamed rice wrap in lamprais. Spicy and so many surprises (tuna, falafel, fried egg, creamy veggies…). Great service and nice bright seatings. I recommend everyone!
