My last got delivered to someone else. I filled out their "how did we do?" form complaining about what happened and this issue has yet to be resolved.
Don't order online with Panda Express unless you feel like gambling with your food.

Food was hot, fresh and good! Service was fast and the employees were nice. It was super busy yet employees were still taking the time to thoroughly clean the dining room.
I ate there the 12th and received a severe case of food poisoning also my daughter,we eat there at least twice a week and have never had any problems. I am 83 and just got out of hospital because of the food poisoning.l will be a little more careful for my next order if any. The hospital reported the incident to the Health Dept
Personally I think the prices are too high for what you get their very "skimpy" on what they put on the plate as if its the depression and I'm in a soup line.not open or friendly no smiles, no thank you for coming just take your $ money and push your food at you!! Then say NEXT my money is 100% American with all the presidents on it its accepted anywhere in the United States I refuse to be made felt like they're doing me a favor or I'm not important enough I can go anywhere else and I do.
So go there once or twice a month. Seemed like new workers they were nice. And maybe they have been recently instructed to give smaller portions or just new. Got like 30 percent less on my 2 combos. Not cool! They forgot my sweet and sour sauce for my rangoons and they were soggy so pretty much a waste. And the sauce on the Angus beef was awful as well as 90 percent veggies. Not a good look for this location. Hopefully they fix it I'll check back in a couple weeks if it's bad I'll never go back. Hopefully customers keep this location honest fix it or lose business. Hopefully it's a one off and I'll fix the review and update.
The food is good. A little too much rice added compared to the other dishes selected and it really depends on who you get and which location you go to but ive found that all the locations that are new or recently within say the last 5 yrs. All.seem to carry better tasting food and quality as well.

But, the kids wanted it... So... This is based on them for the food and me on the experience.
The kids got bowls, it's like one side and one entree. One kid got considerably less orange chicken than the other, ergo, back in to balance things out.
The staff member that served her told her that it was a scoop and that's how they measured it, so she got a fair amount, and that was that. (It was like 5 pieces vs. like 12) So, she ended up buying another side because she doesn't want to argue.
Other than that transaction, it was an overall good experience.
