The best Toy Story experience the kids can have. Lotso Cafe was also a great dinner experience.
Short walk to the monorail which connects both to the parks and to the Tokyo metro.
Not easy to get find a room though - you must be persistent once your date is open for reservations.

It was truly a memorable stay for us at this Toy Story hotel! Loved all the little details such as the Woody slippers with Andy’s name scrolled on the bottom. They also provided children’s buzz light year pajamas for the kids. Housekeeping was fantastic and our room was always clean and comfortable upon our return from Disneyland. We also enjoyed their buffet breakfast at Lotso’s Cafe.

Other guests complaining about staff having to check your ID to make sure you have reservations at Toy Story Hotel, I actually really appreciate this extra security because it keeps people from just wandering onto hotel grounds to take photos and hang out.

New hotel that’s one stop away from the main Disney entrance by the monorail. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit on the small size considering the price, but you’re paying for convenience and the ability to go to the front of the line for Disney reservations.

I was totally shocked to find that the hotel won’t use a standard Japanese luggage delivery service to ship bags to Narita airport. Which merits a star deduction for service.

Baggage delivery is a cheap and convenient service we really depend on in Japan and is available at all quality hotels so we never considered Disney wouldn’t have it like every other hotel we stay in here. Ended up costing us $100 extra to make other arrangements via a taxi, which really added stress to our trip especially when visiting with 2 small kids. Disney fail.

The staff were really outstanding however, full marks for everyone, though check in was unusually slow and cumbersome after a long hot day of travel with two youngsters.

Be aware that coming onto the property they check your room keys or reservations before you even get up the path, maybe for extra security, or to discourage crowds wanting to take pictures in their park?

Stay if u are a truly madly Toy Story fan.
Deco- v Toy Story.. from the moment u enter the walkway to the hotel. Room layout and deco is great. View of the park and you can also see Mount Fuji on a good day. 5⭐️
Location- just across bayside resort line station. Upcoming there is new fantasy spring hotel soon. For the price, the neighbor hotel like Hilton us could b a better deal as there is shuttle bus from resort line station if it’s rain, you are cover. Toy Story is not sheltered at all. 3⭐️
Food- only buffet restaurant in the hotel, the food quality is just ok. As there are usually many kids so it really get lively(if u love kids), noisy(if u prefer calmness). It’s hard to get the reservations as well. There is convenient store but food selection is just ok coz it’s not really big. 2⭐️
Gift shop- big disappointment. Went for stay as we thought there is exclusive merchandise for hotel guests. To our dismay, the only decent exclusive sling bag is out of stock! The so call hotel exclusive hand towel is just nothing special. The rest of the items, you can get in park.. 1⭐️
Service of staff- compare to the 3 premium Disney hotels, this is really low. This is a vibrant hotel but most of the staff are low energy. They look tired and ain’t v helpful. But there are exceptions- encounter more mature (older) workers are actually more friendly and energetic! So depends on who you cross paths, you might have good or bad experience in the hotel. 2⭐️
Overall- it’s difficult to book this hotel so need to plan in advance to get, the price and the service is not really much recommend if you stay at the 3 other premium hotels before.

Really cute hotel, gives you early entry to the park which is awesome!
Room service did a great job, detailed cleaning and always refill amenities.
Each floor has an ice room and water. The convenience store on lobby floor has good variety of food and reasonable price.
Laundry is on the Woody’s side of the hotel. If you’re living on Buzz’s side. You need to go down to lobby and change elevator to the other block for laundry. 300¥ for each wash (default setting, no modifications). Dryer is 100¥ per 15 minutes.

Really fun hotel to stay at with kids. It’s not a huge hotel. Nice compact size which makes the trek to your room shorter. Staff were nice and helpful. Decent size rooms. It had 2 beds plus a trundle bed and a pull out bed tucked in the wall. Rooms were very well kept and had a cool Toy Story theme in both the rooms and throughout the hotel. Even the elevator voices are either Buzz or Woody (in Japanese, that is) depending on which tower you’re in.
Breakfast buffet (not included, 3000yen) was excellent!

Cute hotel. Rooms small, but clean. Per usual in Japan, there are no trash cans anywhere in this hotel except your room (not even in bathrooms). If you check out of your room and grab a snack at the little shop before your transport arrives, be prepared to take the empty packaging with you. Also, there is nowhere to eat your snack, as they forbid you from eating in the lobby area.

They also don't like you loitering in the lobby very long. They will ask you when you are leaving repeatedly. Finally, they aren't keen on you taking too many pictures in common areas, as someone may subtly let you know.

Again, cute and clean hotel. Not super functional or friendly, however.
