Cute hotel. Rooms small, but clean. Per usual in Japan, there are no trash cans anywhere in this hotel except your room (not even in bathrooms). If you check out of your room and grab a snack at the little shop before your transport arrives, be prepared to take the empty packaging with you. Also, there is nowhere to eat your snack, as they forbid you from eating in the lobby area.

They also don't like you loitering in the lobby very long. They will ask you when you are leaving repeatedly. Finally, they aren't keen on you taking too many pictures in common areas, as someone may subtly let you know.

Again, cute and clean hotel. Not super functional or friendly, however.
This place would sell more chocolate if they sold individual pieces of their handmade chocolate. That way people can buy a couple pieces to see if they like it enough to buy a larger pre-packaged box of chocolate. Another benefit: selling individual pieces allows people to buy just milk chocolate or just dark chocolate if that's what they like. The boxes have a mix of both.
