Hemos estado semanas intentando que nos den una visita para varios de sus pisos. Te atienden rápido por teléfono, recogen tus datos (y eso es cierto porque en cuanto vuelvo a llamar reconocen mis datos en una ficha) pero te dicen que tu asesor te llamará y esa llamada no llega. Querido asesor Ramón, todavía esperamos la llamada. El piso sigue en alquiler en las páginas donde lo publicitan. Piso vacío y posibles inquilinos deseando alquilarlo pero no es ni una opción porque no la dan. No sé si es porque dan prioridad a otras propiedades o qué...pero si fuera propietario/a y pensara en que me gestionen un alquiler: NO LO RECOMIENDO. Y para los que buscan alquiler no perdáis el tiempo con ellos.

Frustrante como se ha puesto el mercado inmobiliario en Mallorca. Nos está quedando una isla bonita para no vivir en ella.
