Marka olma özelliğinden değil, kalitesi iyi olduğundan çok kez Tommy'den alışveriş yapmışımdır. Hayatımda müşteriye bu kadar köpek çekilen hiç bir Avm mağazası görmedim. Marka' dan soğuttunuz yemin ederim. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Personel okadar sıkıtılıki pantolın beli olur acılımca demesine ragmen olmafı iade yok diyorlar bu nasıl kurumsal bir firma üstüne personel almazsa ben alırım dıyor

Жалко что не прочитали отзывы заранее, они действительно мошенники. Папа смотрел брюки, но не оказалось подходящего размера и продавец по имени Рамазан сказал, что закажет для него нужный размер. Мы приехали , купили брюки и через полчаса заметили, что это совершенно другая модель, которая не соответствует тем брюкам, что смотрел папа. Захотели сделать возврат, на что нам сказали «возврата нет, только обмен», хотя во всем мире процедура возврата стандартная практика. Когда начали предъявлять Рамазану за то, что он нас обманул с брюками, он включил дурочку, мол не понимает что не так и тд. В общем, советую магазин обходить стороной.

when the sales arrive they increase the prices. go a few miles further to another Tommy's house if you don't want to be robbed.

be careful, they change the prices at the cash register (200 Turkish lira more) and do not want to reimburse. only exchange in the same store while tommy hilgifer's policy is to refund and not to exchange.

Une méthode ancestrale en Europe qui est aujourd'hui illégale. Qui consiste à faire croire en période de solde que le prix est réduit en ajoutant une étiquette par dessus le montant original.
La Turquie ne mérite pas de faire partie de l'Europe car la plupart des turcs sont des grands voleurs et ne partagent pas les bonnes valeurs. Ni musulman ni européen.

Tommy customer service reimbursed me for the difference these salespeople stole from me. Run away from this Tommy there are others in the city or order by internet it is safer.

I always prefer tommy. It is a little expensive than US but it is ok

Staff had no time for us we where looking to purchase 2 pairs of trainers & a few t-shirt but they couldn't have been anymore uninterested!! Very disappointing won't be back!!
