The employees are very rude. I was going to take some items for my home and the empyoyees warned me not to touch them. How am i supposed to buy it without touching. Or they thougt that i am not looking so rich to buy it???? inexperienced people…..
Nicely aesthetic
Staff are very welcoming and friendly... jewellery is beautiful and flawless... but what an ugly store. Walls are covered in pink boxes which makes it very hard to see what's going on. Everything is mixed and looks awful. Never in my life seen such a badly lit jewellery store, please don't make the others look this bad.
I made an online order and didn't receive a confirmation email or anything in that regards so after a week I went to Swarvoski at Westfield Mall too check if the package is ready etc. and the ladies there we're so helpful especially Hala who quickly found the package and gave a wonderful service!! very pleasant experience. TY girls!!
The asian lady staff member helped us a lot and she is very professional. I felt unwelcome by other 2 staff ladies (the one that was at cashier and the other one looks like the manager). We were there on 01Jul2023 between 13:20 and 14:00
