Very clean modern shopping mall with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Clean and pleasant with ac. Plenty of variety.
Fantastic, lots of movie options, air conditioning slightly too cold but popcorn and drinks are nice. The toilet is close and movie quality is great.
The best cinema in hcm. There are still squeaky seats and weak air-condition but its better than others. This is a new mall and the supermarket has yet to open
Crescent Mall is by far my favorite mall in HCMC. The first time I came here was in 2015, and while it wasn't filled with as many stores, or have the level of decoration it has today, I was already amazed by the beauty, design and size of it.
Today, Crescent Mall has expanded in every good way possible with some amazing stores, fantastic restaurants, and a regular decorating team that changes the malls look every month depending on what holiday or celebration is closest. My wife and I often make regular trips just to walk around the mall and see the new decorations.
My favorite leather chair at home was purchased here at a store called Jang In. A Korean furniture brand that produces very high quality furniture.
I've purchased about 5 pairs of Crocs here because nothing makes walking around the mall more comfortable than Crocs. There is a phenomenal hotpot restaurant on the top floor next to the rock climbing wall, and Hokkaido Sushi on the ground floor, which is a franchise chain, but the absolute best. (Order the king salmon sashimi)
My wife and I have spent a ton of money here from Lock & Lock for house hold items, to Armani, Mango, H&M and Cotton On for clothing. Ohh, I almost forgot the food court with fast food and drinks on the top floor, right next to the movie theater. Crescent Mall really is a one stop place for everything.
Now, before you question my 5 star rating let me say, Crescent isn't perfect. There's always room for improvement. But, this mall meets and exceeds all of my expectations for a mall in the USA, France, or South Korea. That said, it's an amazing mall in Vietnam managed by a fantastic team. 5 stars all the way.

so the thing is I went to watch Taylor's Eras tour movie it was awesome (I'm a huge swiftie) but when you but the ticket they are supposed to give you a free very beautiful poster of Taylor. A week before I bought my ticket, I saw someone else buy one and the received a poster. After 3-4 days I arrived to watch the movie THEY FRICKIN RAN OUT OF POSTERS! IDK why they don't restock? I pay for the ticket expecting to get the poster because it was supposed to come with your ticket! Don't get me wrong I love Cresent Mall and all but COULDN'T THEY JUST RESTOCK OR GIVE OUT SOME OTHER MERCH? THAT POSTER WAS FOR ONLY THE ONES WHO WATCH THE MOVIE, YOU SERIOUSLY CANNOT BYE IT ANYWHERE ELSE!
It's me hi. I'm back again 2 weeks later. I bought the Taylor Swift cup (It was stunning) but there was something unacceptable. There was a display table with the TS cups, Hunger Games ones, Aqua man etcetera, for the Hunger Game one there was a price next to it saying 150 thousand VND and all, there was though no price tags for the TS one. I asked the workers to buy the cup like normal, but to buy the cup you have to buy a 300 thousand VND combo with popcorn and drinks, for some of you it's fine, but the things is I don't want the popcorn and drinks I JUST WANT THE CUP! I tried to ask them if I could buy it without the combo and all they said no. There wasn't even a sign on the display table about the combo or anything. The cup by itself was 200 thousand, even if I asked them if I don't take the popcorn and drinks and pay 250 thousand VND they still wouldn't agree. I know that movie theatres primarily profits from snacks but really, do you have to be that desperate, they would honestly still profits more if I buy the combo without the snacks and 250 thousand more than they would if I had bought the combo with the snacks.
I don't wanna be called a karen or anything like that but most of the people writing reviews on here are talking about the entire mall. THIS IS THE MOVIE THEATER ONLY, now I know why the rating is so high, the mall is amazing but the theatre's service and buying things there is kinda just 👎 not gonna lie.

First movie theater experience in Vietnam. I was able to purchase our tickets online and picked our seats. I will caution when booking. Make sure to check to see if the movie is being dubbed in vietnamese or in English with vietnamese subtitles.
Once you arrive, show the counter clerk your QR code, and you'll get a paper ticket. The concession stand is right next to it. When we went, there wasn't anyone checking tickets. But when we left, they had someone at the front.
The theater is a good size. The seats are okay. A little spoiled with the reclining lazy boy chairs back home. But it was not uncomfortable. The staff keeps the theater clean. Definitely would watch another movie here again.

Very nice cinema. Staff were friendly enough. Price is decent for what you are getting. Since the cinema has been around for a while some screens are a bit small. When we went there were a lot of kids and students so it can be a bit hectic. Overall a good viewing experience.
