It was first time there and the experience was delightful. The food was awesome and so as the host. They served fast the food and I would recommend this place.
We traveled from New Orleans and it was kind of food trip for us since Houston has so many Indian restaurants. Biryani Factory was awesome. Service is excellent, taste 10/10 and it is one of our favorites from now on.
The food was delicious! The chicken 65 had the perfect spice level and so much flavor. The 2 orders of garlic naan was hands down the best I have had, it was crispy on the bottom and soft on top. We finished with Gulab Jamun for dessert and I could eat 3 or 4 orders of that stuff, seriously delicious. The man who took our order was so friendly, welcoming, and thorough when getting our order, ensuring we got what we wanted how we wanted it. Everything we ordered was less than $25.We will absolutely be returning and I would recommend this place if you want good service and delicious food for a very reasonable price.
Guys it’s authentic Hyderabadi biryani, also try their double ka mitha and that was amazing too. Vinod Anna’s service was outstanding and he did really good job for food recommendation. We will be visiting again.
We ordered food today but i must say it was a big disappointment. I wish i had an option to give negative stars.
I never had biryani like this. It was so bad. As they gave some tasteless yellow rice with mix of some boiled chicken I guess. And they call it as a biryani.
I ordered food so I can enjoy it. But finally I have to eat this tasteless biryani with my homemade sabji.
It came with raita and some curry sauce. Raita had only 3 to 4 small pieces of onion and one Corinnder leaf and with lots of water. It was so liquid that I am not able to find the yogurt in it. And same case with that curry sauce. And both are the tasteless.
Atleast maintain some taste and quality when you are charging cutomers. Just change the name of the restaurant. It should not be the biryani factory with such kind of biryani.

Thought of eating some good biryani while visiting Houston. We ordered the fish 65 and gobi manchurian for appetizers and the chicken dum biryani & boneless chicken biryani for entreés. For dessert we had the ras malai. The food and service was very good. This is our second time eating at this restaurant and will definitely be back.
