I wanted a betta and I have a 50L aquarium (to house a single betta without anything else)

But she denied me one saying I need 60L aquarium..
So over exaggerating, while keeping their bettas in tiny aquarium themselves

You will find anything you are looking for - my dog Kingsley was satisfied and really happy to be there - also great service with providing the right food for my allergic dog 👍🏾

Very large store with a big aquarium department. The selection of fish was not as varied as I'd hoped. Good parking availability.

It's really big. A little messy. So many options, even for cats with special dietary needs. Staff are super friendly :)

One of the bigger stores for this chain in Munich. Lots of variety of food for pets, accessories, toys and grooming supplies. Staff are pretty friendly and plenty of parking at the store. I go here often for buying food and other items.

Will never go again. We wanted to buy a hamster and went there. They didn't have and told us to come back in two weeks. Before going again we called to make sure they have hamsters for sale and they told us they did.
Once we got there the lady taking care of the hamsters was really rude to us. She was also very violent with the hamsters and my kids were really scared of her. At the end they only had one hamster available and she gave it to another lady who came at the same time as we did, the rude lady decided the hamster was for her probably because we were not German This was the worst customer experience I have ever seen.
