They do not even deserve one star. Horrible customer service and 20% restocking fee!!!! I ordered a whole house filter from them and they shipped me one that was broken. I called to return it and they told me there is a 20% restocking fee, which is not listed on the website! They also accused me of breaking the filter and said I had to pay to ship it back and they would determine if I broke it or not. If they determine I broke it they won't refund me at all. John told me I was wasting his time when I asked for a refund on a faulty product and then he HUNG UP ON ME! This is the worst company and the rudest costumer service I have ever experienced. Buy your water softening products else where.
