Ming Palace

My husband and I both got sick after having dinner from here today. It seems they’re re-using their frying oil multiple times. I vomited really badly after 2 hours of having food from here

Always a favorite of mine, I dine in or do takeout once a week for many years now, family owned restaurant and they are friendly and appreciative, nice decor and comfortable setting

The food was terrible. I ordered the general Tsou's chicken combo. It was no taste at all, not just not spicy, but there was no even any seasoning, it was was dry without any sauce pieces of tasteless chicken. I put it in a garbage. The egg roll was dry and not fresh. A shame! I will never order again from that place.

I usually don’t post reviews but there aren’t really a ton of Chinese food establishments in the area. I’ve ordered take out on and off over the years from here and I will admit there always seems to be something off. Very confused by the reviewer who said they are Chinese and the food here seemed authentic. This is “American” Chinese food so let’s be honest, and it’s mediocre here at best. Most recent order: wonton soup was very salty and kinda burned my throat with weird salty, chemically (msg?) taste. General Tsao’s chicken was bland and more like sweet and sour chicken (and they should be VERY different!) and the fried rice was bland and very dry.
Although they have dine in to their advantage, I’ve had much better food at Ming Moon in Newington or any number of places on Silas Deane in Wethersfield.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the food each time I have eaten here. The service staff is excellent and very friendly.

I love this restaurant, we've came here twice, and we had equally as great of an experience, and I love the atmosphere, and the food is amazing also, I recommend to the General TSO's Chicken, I will definitely return to this restaurant, highly recommended!

Every time I have visited Ming Palace I have enjoyed the food and the service. Yesterday we needed some comfort food due to bad news and this place fit the bill with the family style dining and the complimentary tea that they serve. The servings are huge, delicious, and fresh. Yesterday we ordered all new dishes to try and the Roast Pork and shrimp dumpling soup stole the show for all of us. The shrimp dumplings were fantastic. For an entree I ordered the roast duck which was perfect, mom had the General Tso, and my daughter tried the Shrimp with Black Bean sauce. They are very reasonably priced and there is plenty of parking.
