Tired of the rats roaches old everything. And upgrades in rent 10% every year. Paid my rent on time for 15 yrs. Management does not value the loyal residents

So many police cars and military type vehicles entering the apartment complex today I’m not sure what’s going on, but it looks bad

Their office deserves a negative star. They have absolutely no customer service and are very rude. I don't understand why they are even in that office if they aren't going to help residents or visitors.

I lived here for about 4 years (2018-2022), and overall, they were a great place to live in. Maintenance was okay for the most part, they would fix things as soon as they knew about it. There was a particular lady at the office who was horrible at writing things down and letting maintenance know about it. Margaret was very nice and always made sure to get things done. The other staff at the office was good, however I didn't really know them. The apartments itself are a little outdated, but everything works well. My neighbors were clean for the most part. There was one particular neighbor whose place was always dirty, and I even saw a mouse coming out of their balcony. These are family apartments, so you will definitely hear lots of kids screaming and running. Just beware that kids in the summer time enjoy playing and taking trash out of the dumpsters and getting all the poop bags they have to just trash around. Another thing that I loved about this place was that they accept pets, and the pet fee was very reasonable. Also, some people don't know how to properly drive and some will be going way too fast when children are around. There was an incident just before I left where a person hit my husbands's truck and cause damage to the cart port structure. The office was quick to get it fixed which was nice. Rent increased every year but not too bad of an increase. Overall I enjoyed calling this place my home for a bit.

If it were possible to give something lower than zero on a star rating that's exactly what this place laundry facilities are never maintained whole laundry rooms with nothing working in them with weeks on end. Complaints never addressed, with contemptuous management whenever problems mentioned. I just walked the laundry facilities with my observation 1 laundry room completely down 2 of 5 washers working in another that has been this way the better part of 2 months. Unacceptable I've lived here for 3 lustrrum Another at 3 of 5 washers working and the best of them next to the office at 60% i cant begin to explain the poor condition of this establishment just getting worse. And nobody in management does anything but react to complaint without looking for a reason to blame the tenant for something as a distraction. This place should be under investigation. An absolute misappropriation of funds and a flagrant disregard of the tenants, there are laws and rights for tenants to have these facilities in working order. This is a mess of a situation that could have been taken care of and just gets worse. Personal hygiene is something that St. Anton the owner of this complex is denied us for far too long and should be facing a class action lawsuit for. I will be looking for an attorney and any other tenants that are fed up with the disrespectful nature in which we are all treated. This needs to happen because it's an injustice to the right to live. On a personal note the management does an annual inspection and since the day i moved in the dishwasher has never worked, , upon every inspection and my initial walkthrough this dishwasher was a ticket to be corrected, and is still not corrected. I've been doing my dishes by hand for 15 years. Yet while walking with the management team on their inspection it has been noted , complained about and yet no one has ever fixed it. This is just the tip of an iceberg that can level several Titanic vessels. So is it the management or is it the management company that has the outrageous disregard for the tenant. ? For anyone who is a tenant and has the same issue and no financial means to defend themselves against this tyrant of a company, i suggest you and i look to meet and file a class action lawsuit against this greed driven that supports the lining of their pockets opposed to honoring their contractual obligations to the tenant for the right to live with the care and amenities they so boast. Please share this and know you don't have to take anymore mistreatment and neglect through fear of retaliation that our management and it's scapegoat St. Anton.
I do believe we are in our right to receive all the rents paid back as to the named have breached contract. I am unit 3408 any tenant is welcome to discuss this breach of contract at anytime and we can follow through together and there's nothing they can do to prevent us from doing so. There's no law broken on our end just theirs. Help me help you for justice.

Here's my own journey before, during, and after I signed the final dot on the paperwork. I was searching for an affordable place, safe, clean, and close to small stores that I can just walk to. My daughter and I read the reviews. Drove around many times, day and night. Observed the management in the office, the maintenance staff, and even the landscape workers. Here I am, still here for almost a year now, and happy that I made the right decision.

Heritage Park Apartments is not a perfect place because there's no such thing as a perfect place. There are going to be some issues here and there, but things are taken care of. This is a multi-family setting. You will hear children playing, teenagers with their bikes or scooters, and babies cry. Yes, you will hear cars honking, sirens, and tenants being loud now and then. But you will experience the same as living in your own house in a different neighborhood.

I can call Heritage Park Apartments my home. My neighbors are my family here.I may not know them well, but I know they'll be there for me when I need them.
