Friendly staff. Pity that a system migration could cause such disappointment and loss of money. Two months after applying for visas and paying a small fortune, I have had no further feedback.

Do online check-in or don't it's all the same...
Submit required documents for Verify-to-fly, they don't send verification
Don't do anything just come late and cry for the no time to board and you can cut the hassle of queue 🙃
