Spruce 38 Garage

This is not a public parking garage access by key card only, in and out. The university of Pennsylvania offers public parking at garage 38, 38th and walnut street. Garage 40, 4001 walnut street on top of Acme supermarket. One other garage that the university of Pennsylvania offers to the general public is the garage at 34th and chestnut st, access will be located on the south 34th street entrance, between market and chestnut street. This parking garage is closed for major renovation for one year, it will Re-open August 2024

Super easy and convenient, access on spruce and 38th st. In by 8am out by 6pm and it’s only $18.

Safe garage to park right on Penn's campus. You'll pay for the convenience though.

Not for public and staff very rude.

Extremely expensive, will be my last choice, id rather park on the street

The valet service at the Penn Inn is excellent.

In between my two worksites . This garage is Permit accessible, staff and students only. It can be used for 24/ 7 usage.
