Walked in asked for a table for 5. Male host told us to close the door. Outdoor and indoor space is very small. Door was only from when we asked for a table until he told us to close the door. He tried to kick the first person out so he can close it. We asked again if there was a table available. He semi laughed and said not unless you’re willing to wait 15 min. We are on our way to another ramen restaurant. Do better.
Nice place. Host (manager?) was super rude. He berated a delivery guy, simply pointed at a tablet when we asked to put our name on the list and then yelled at us when we followed him to the table and sat down, because he realized it hadn’t yet been cleaned. Ramen was pretty good, tho, and the wait staff were all lovely.
Oh boy / do NOT get the Filipino ramen. they do not write anywhere that it's basically sour brown water. and their reasoning, when I asked about it bc it's soy sauce based, is that it's Filipino. my reaction is yes, and...? It's the first ramen on the list and featured the most prominently. Don't get it. Looks yummy but isn't.
My favorite ramen in the city. I’ve tried several from their menu, and they all slap. Especially the one with black garlic oil and the kimchi one.
Chewy noodles with perfect broth! What I like about the broth is that it doesn't taste too salty or sweet but I with the pork slices will be a bit thicker.
Great selection of dishes, with something like 3 menus and then another one for drinks. Our dishes were fine but the rice had too much soy sauce on it and it was really salty. Otherwise service was bru good and the atmosphere was nice.
Tasty pork buns and flavorful broth. The egg yolk was sweet. Pepper was a tolerable spice level. Good contrasting flavors!
