UPDATE: My husband passed away in Oct. 2022. He received 3 mailings in 2023 giving him a discount to prepay for final arrangements. After returning the first one stating he was deceased, calling after receiving the second and physically taking the third one to the off, I was assured it was taken care of and I would no longer receive mail for him from them. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! He received a 4th on on Jan. 3rd 2024! I'm not sure if this company could be any more insensitive to a grieving family.

Too expensive and you are at their mercy if you don't prepay for EVERYTHING all at once as the prices just continue to rise. Make sure you pay for the second person's date of death to be put on your marker if you are purchasing more than one plot. The purchase of the marker only includes the date of death for the first person that passes. This place will nickel and dime you until there is nothing left. The grounds could be kept better also there are some areas that the graves seem to be sinking. There are highs and lows. Very uneven. They roll their huge equipment over Graves which may cause this also. The areas where there are trees are not kept clean of leaves, sticks and debris during the fall. I cleaned up around my husband grave 2 days after his Burial. I put things in the trashcan and those that wouldn't fit, I leaned against it. A week later it was all still there.

If anyone want to work for this company fair warning u have to drive own vehicle around to do the work in and the people think that u r a new person that u can do their job like going around picking up trash limbs and then when u finally get a break to eat lunch u have the head person that doesn't do anything but bark orders and u were hired to do weedeating and u go one morning and the person doesn't want to open the gate to let get the stuff u need so if u decide to work with this company u been warned.

Everyone was wonderful and made this sad day so much better. There was one gentleman named Lamonde that went beyond normal to provide the personal touch. He gets 10 stars from this family.

Eternal Hills Memory Gardens and Funeral Home did an outstanding job for my recent father's funeral service. Both my mother and now my father are buried here and Eternal Hills exceeded my expectations again. My father passed away in Dallas, Texas and was buried in Snellville, Georgia. This long distance did not cause any problems with the staff here. From the General Manager, the Funeral Directors and the staff, they all bent over backwards to help us through this tough time. Thank you once again.
